How to order prescription meds

 

Jumbo Pets supplies prescription pet medication by an Australian registered pharmacist through our online store. You can save up to 50% on your pet's medication.

 

Step 1 Obtain a Prescription Step 2 Upload and order Step 3 Post
  1. Request a prescription: Ask your vet to write a prescription for your pet's medication the next time you have a consultation.
  2. Order medication: Search for the medication on our website and follow the normal checkout process.
  3. Email or upload your prescription: While adding the medications to your cart you will be prompted to upload or email a copy of your prescription to us at pharma@jumbopets.com.
  4. Post original prescription: Post us your original prescripion. Our dispensing pharmacist must be provided with the original pen signed prescription.

  5. Prescription delivery: Your prescription medication will be dispensed by our pharmacist and delivered to you. If you have ordered other non-prescription items from our store, your entire order will be dispatched together from our warehouse.

 

For Jumbo Pets to organise and facilitate the despensing of prescription medication, we require that you post the original signed prescription to our PO Box. The dispensing pharmacist must be provided with the original pen signed prescription.
