When returning your product, please pack it securely to protect it from any damage during shipping to ensure it is delivered to us in an acceptable condition.
What if the product is damaged when I receive it?
If you received a damaged shipment or product, please let us know within 24hrs of receiving the product. Please email photos of the damaged item to sales@jumbopets.com, include your invoice number and name, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

If you need to request a refund/return/claim on products please email us directly with your batch, expiry and overall photo of the product for our team to begin a claim with the manufacturer. On some occasions you will be required to ship the product back to us depending on the terms and conditions of the manufacturer so do not dispose of the product until your claim is finalised.
